With 13 years experience in the health and exercise fields; I know how important it is to live a healthy life style. As a personal trainer I
will develop an individualized workout program according to your fitness desires and goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased muscle
mass, cardio-respiratory improvement, better flexibility, or overall toning and wellness; I can assist you in achieving them, safely and
effectively.
My start in health and fitness was with Sun Health in Arizona. After relocating to Virginia in 2005, I completed Personal Training classes
at George Mason University, and later provided Personal Fitness Training at the GMU Aquatics and Fitness Center. Attending conferences
and seminars keeps me up to date with the latest information in the health and fitness field, earning continuing education credits
necessary to keep the ACE CPT certification current.
Clients include the second place finisher in the 2008 NBC Channel 4 Weigh to Lose competition , Judy McClimans.

Pat Quinn
National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer; CPR and AED Certified, American Heart Association
A long time fitness enthusiast, Pat Quinn is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, and completed related coursework at George Mason University's Aquatics and Fitness Center. An avid runner, his races include two marathons, numerous half marathons, as well as 10 mile and 10K races. While serving in the military he routinely scored the maximum on the Army Physical Fitness Test. He is skilled in establishing short, mid, and long range targets, and pairing these with an effective plan to maximize performance and achieve a client’s goals.
As your Certified Personal Trainer, his expertise and diligent work ethic will give you the motivation to become stronger and healthier in the most efficient way possible. Pat will assist you in achieving all of your fitness goals!
